Russian forces shell civilians receiving humanitarian aid in Vuhledar, killing two, wounding five
Russian forces opened fire on civilians receiving humanitarian assistance in Vuhledar, Donetsk region, killing two people and injuring five, Donetsk Regional Military Administration head Pavlo Kyrylenko has said.
"The place where humanitarian aid was distributed was fired upon by Russian fascists from rocket artillery in Vuhledar. We currently know that two people died and five have been injured," he said on Telegram on Wednesday.
