The actions of Russian soldiers against the civilian population in Bucha are a planned genocide, Mykhailo Podoliak, the adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said.
"Russian soldiers entered Ukraine with a military band and columns of the National Guard. But they were always followed by mobile crematoria. Why take crematoria if you don't believe in resistance? Now it's clear - to hide war crimes. This is not a mistake of the perpetrator. This is a planned genocide," Podoliak said on Twitter on Sunday.
