Aggressor launches missile attack on settlement in Odesa region, with victims reported

Russian troops have launched a missile attack on a settlement in Odesa region, Head of Odesa Regional Military Administration Maksym Marchenko has said.

"The enemy has just struck a populated area in Odesa region with three missiles from the Iskander missile system from Crimea. There are casualties. We won't leave it like that. I promise that they will feel sorry for every missile launch and for every shelling of our land," Marchenko said in a Telegram video message.
