On March 23, 4,554 Ukrainians evacuated via safe corridors
During the day on March 23, 4,554 Ukrainians were evacuated via safe corridors, Deputy Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko has said.
In particular, 2,912 residents of Mariupol reached Zaporizhia in their own cars.
Some 51 people were evacuated from Huliaipole to Zaporizhia. Humanitarian aid has been delivered to the city.
In Kyiv region, 919 Ukrainians were evacuated from the villages of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanovka, Svitylnia.
Some 672 people were evacuated in Lugansk region. A total of 60 tonnesof humanitarian aid were delivered to the region: canned food, cereals, flour.
