Russian plane shot down over Mariupol after shelling city for several weeks

At 16:45 Ukrainian defenders shot down a Russian bomber over Mariupol, which had been shelling the city over the past few weeks, the press service of Mariupol City Council reported on Tuesday.

"At 16:45, in the area of the Neptune pool, our defenders shot down one of the planes of the Russian invaders, which in recent weeks has been destroying our city. This will be the case with every enemy! With everyone who has encroached on our freedom, on our city!" according to the message published on Telegram.
