Korniyenko initiates appeal to OSCE not to send Russia's reps as observers
First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Korniyenko spoke about his proposal to appeal to the OSCE not to include representatives of the Russian Federation in the observer delegations.
"I came up with an initiative, supported by my colleagues from the CEC, to appeal to the OSCE so that the Russians are not sent anywhere as observers," Korniyenko said on the air of the national telethon on Sunday night.
