The UN has refuted Russian fakes about biological weapons laboratories in Ukraine and all attempts by Russia to create false pretexts for a war with Ukraine are doomed to failure, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleh Nikolenko said.

"The UN has denied Russian fakes about biological weapons laboratories in Ukraine. All attempts by Russia to create false pretexts for its barbaric war with Ukraine are doomed to failure. Not a single little thing will be left without attention to hold Russia and its officials accountable for crimes against Ukraine," Nikolenko wrote on Twitter on Saturday.
