The Russians are responsible for the war against Ukraine, even poisoned by propaganda, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.

"Some want to live in a simple world where Putin is fully responsible for the war. The reality is that someone is actually dropping bombs on Ukrainian cities, shooting evacuees, forming a 'Z', supporting Putin in the polls. As in the 1930s, they are responsible, even if poisoned by propaganda," Kuleba tweeted on Friday.

Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that insulting immigrants from Russia is unacceptable, since only Russian President Vladimir Putin is responsible for the war against Ukraine.
