Italy ready to allocate funds for restoration of theater in Mariupol – Italian Minister of Culture
The Italian Cabinet of Ministers approved the allocation of funds for the restoration of the Drama Theater in Mariupol, Italian Minister of Culture Dario Franceschini said.
"Italy is ready to rebuild the Theatre of Mariupol. The cabinet of Ministers has approved my proposal to offer Ukraine the resources and means to rebuild it as soon as possible. Theaters of all countries belong to the whole humanity," Franceschini said on Twitter.
As reported, on March 16, Russian invaders dropped a super-powerful air bomb on the building of the Drama Theater in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region, where residents of the city were hiding from shelling.
