Long curfew in Kyiv works, several subversive groups detained – adviser to Interior Minister
A long curfew in Kyiv and the region has helped stabilize the situation, several Russian subversive groups have been detained, Vadym Denysenko, an adviser to the interior minister, said.
"We have detained sabotage groups both in Kyiv and in Kyiv region. They all have been neutralized. During almost two days of curfew in Kyiv and Kyiv region, several Russian sabotage groups have been detained," he said on the air of a telethon on the Ukraine 24 TV channel.
Denysenko stressed: "Currently, the situation in the capital and the region is under control."
"From this point of view, I believe that the curfew has worked," he added.
