In cities around Kyiv, invaders rape, kill local population - Arestovych

The Russian army resorts to brutal and massive extermination of the local population in cities near Kyiv, adviser to the head of the President's Office Oleksiy Arestovych said.

"In the cities around Kyiv, the use of violence against the local population is systematically observed. If earlier there were isolated cases, the situation has worsened. The Russian army deliberately demolishes Ukrainian population. This is genocide. There are hundreds of such cases, not even dozens," Arestovych said during a briefing in Media Center of Ukraine.
