As result of missile attack in Podilsky district of Kyiv, one wounded, several buildings destroyed
As a result of missile fire by occupiers of the private sector in Podilsky district of the Ukrainian capital on Wednesday evening, there was one victim, several buildings were destroyed, the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) said.
"On March 16, 2022, at about 19:00, the occupiers, using missile weapons, shelled a private residential sector in Podilsky district of the capital. Several buildings were destroyed as a result of the shelling. One person was wounded," the Prosecutor General's Office said in a Telegram channel on Thursday.
The PGO said in the report that under the procedural leadership of Podilsky district prosecutor's office in Kyiv, an investigation has been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
