Mayor of Metitopol Ivan Fedorov was exchanged for nine russian conscripts, press secretary of the head of the President's Office of Ukraine Dariya Zarivna said.

"Ivan Fedorov was released from Russian captivity... For him, Russia received nine of its captured soldiers born in 2002 and 2003. These are actually children. There are no conscripts, who, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, are not there," Zarivna said on the air of the telethon on Wednesday evening.
