Turkey in contact with Russia and Ukraine on issue of ceasefire - Foreign Minister
Ankara continues contacts with Russia and Ukraine on the ceasefire and the evacuation of Turkish citizens from the war zones, Anadolu agency quoted Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu as saying on Tuesday.
"Turkey is in contact with Ukraine and Russia on the issue of reaching an agreement on a ceasefire regime," the Turkish Foreign Minister said.
He also noted that Turkey is cooperating with both countries on the issue of the evacuation of its citizens from Ukraine. According to him, the evacuation of Turkish citizens from Mariupol is expected "today or tomorrow."
The official added that an evacuation bus would leave Odesa on Tuesday.
