Enemy starts to understand that would not achieve anything by war – Zelensky
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia is beginning to understand that nothing will be achieved by the war with Ukraine.
"As before, the enemy is confused. They did not expect such resistance. They believed their propaganda, which has been lying about us for decades. They still cannot recover, but they have already started to understand that they will not achieve anything by war," Zelensky said in a video statement on Tuesday night.
According to the president, "russian soldiers and officers, running away from the battlefield and abandoning their equipment, understand this."
"We take trophies and use them to protect the state. Today, the russian troops are actually one of the suppliers of equipment for our army. They could not even see this in a nightmare," he said.
