Govt simplifies approval of budget programs

The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the approval of budget programs and other budget documents, as well as the procedure for treasury services for managers and recipients of budget funds under martial law.

Corresponding resolution No. 267 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 13 was published on the governmental portal.

The document provides, in particular, for the prompt approval of estimates, appropriation plans for the general budget fund, plans for granting loans and other documents without coordination with the Ministry of Finance.

In addition, the resolution allows for the prompt approval of documents used in the budget process by the head and/or deputy heads of ministries and other central executive authorities, state administrations and executive bodies of local councils.
