Podoliak on talsk: Sides actively express their stances, communication is hard
Advisor to the Head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podoliak, commenting on the fourth round of talks between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations on ending the war, said the sides are actively expressing their stances, but communication is difficult.
"The parties actively express their specified positions. Communication is being held yet it is hard. The reason for the discord is too different political systems. Ukraine is a free dialogue within the society and an obligatory consensus. Russia is an ultimatum suppression of its own society," Podoliak said on Twitter.
