Majority of Europeans support Ukraine's accession to EU - Office of Dpty Prime Minister for European Integration
The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration says that the majority of Europeans support Ukraine's entry into the European Union.
In particular, in the press service of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, with reference to a sociological survey of the French Institute of Public Opinion, it was stated that in Poland 91% of respondents support Ukraine's accession to the EU, in Italy - 71%, in Germany - 69%, in France - 62%.
Among other results: 84% of Europeans have a positive view of Ukraine; some 75% positively assess Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky; some 79% approve economic and financial sanctions against Russia; a total of 67% approve the supply of military equipment to Ukraine; some 87% approve of accepting refugees; a total of 68% are in favor of creating a European army.
