Arestovych on shell hitting house on Obolon: There is no talk of deliberate shelling of Kyiv yet
Adviser to the head of the President's Office Oleksiy Arestovych believes that an artillery shell hit a nine-story residential building in Obolonsky district of Kyiv was an accident.
"I think these are either excesses of the performer, or just a stray shell. Since I still see no reason to see this as a system: that this is a deliberate shelling of Kyiv or something like that. In particular, since these are single shells. Or a crazy Russian artilleryman decided to take revenge, or it was simply misdirected when they tried to fire on our troops," Arestovych said on the air of the telethon on Monday.
