US Dpty Secretary of State: Signs Russia ready for substantive talks with Ukraine
U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman said in an interview with FoxNews that there are certain "signs of readiness for serious negotiations" with Ukraine in Russia.
"We are seeing some signs of readiness for real, serious negotiations," she said.
Sherman said Western pressure on Moscow contributed to this, adding, "we must help the Ukrainians in every possible way."
