Some 74 Russian prisoners of war in Sumy region – authorities
There are 74 Russian prisoners of war in Sumy region, Head of Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytsky said on his Telegram channel.
He said that as of March 11, 104 captured Russian servicemen were being held in the region. Of these, 29 were transferred to Poltava region, one was exchanged.
