Law allowing civilians to use weapons to resist armed aggression of Russia comes into force in Ukraine
A law on the right of civilians to use weapons to resist the armed aggression of the Russian Federation has come into force in Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada has reported on Twitter.
"The law of Ukraine on ensuring the participation of civilians in the defense of Ukraine has entered into force, which gives civilians the right to resist the armed aggression of the Russian Federation using any weapon. The document is valid for the period of wartime," the parliament said.
