Russia not to take part in Council of Europe activities – Russia's Foreign Ministry
Russia has no intention to participate in the activities of the Council of Europe, as they are undermined by Western nations, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
"EU and NATO member states, which are unfriendly towards Russia, are abusing their absolute majority in the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers and are continuing their course towards the destruction of the Council of Europe and the common humanitarian and legal space in Europe," the ministry said.
