Zelensky recalls Ukrainian personnel from peacekeeping forces
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the withdrawal of Ukrainian contingents that take part in international peacekeeping operations.
"In connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in order to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, I decided to withdraw the national contingent and national personnel who take part in international peace and security operations to Ukraine in order to participate in the defense of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state," the decree reads, a photocopy of which was posted on Facebook by Deputy Head of the President's Office Andriy Sybiha on Monday.
