Zelensky says intends to persistently negotiate with Russia
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he intends to continue negotiations with Russia.
"The third round of the talks was held in Belarus. I would like to say third and final. But we are realistic. Therefore, we will be talking. We will insist on negotiations," he said in a video address on Monday evening.
"Every day of fighting" creates "better conditions, a strong position," Zelensky said.
