Some 18 civilians, including two children, killed in airstrike in Sumy – Gerashchenko
As a result of an air strike by Russian troops on March 7, some 18 civilians, including two children, were killed in Sumy, Adviser to the Interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko said.
"The rubble is still being cleared. But the fact of the death of 18 civilians has already been established. Including two children," he said in a Telegram channel on Tuesday.
It is noted that the bombs were dropped on residential buildings on Romenska and Spartaka Streets.
Earlier, the State Emergency Service reported nine dead from the airstrike, including two children.
