President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said that the Ukrainians survived the 11 days of the war and understand how they will restore the country, four special funds for recovery have already been formed for this.

"Ukrainians! We have been fighting for 11 days for freedom, for the state. We have resisted. We already understand how we will restore our country. We are already creaating special funds for recovery," Zelensky said in a video message on Sunday morning.

According to him, there are already four such funds, namely the Fund for the Restoration of Destroyed Property and Infrastructure, the Fund for Economic Recovery and Transformation, the Fund for Servicing and Repaying the Public Debt, and the Fund for Supporting Small and Medium-Sized Businesses.

"And this is just the beginning," he said.
