On Saturday morning, Russian troops launched a missile attack on a residential area of the city of Bila Tserkva, searches for the victims are underway, Mayor of the city Hennadiy Dyky has said.

"There was just a missile attack. They hit private houses. Now we are looking for people. Be careful, listen to the alarm," the mayor said in a video posted on his Facebook page on Saturday.
