Russian army lost more than 10,000 servicemen during invasion of Ukraine – AFU General Staff
The Russian army lost more than 10,000 servicemen during the invasion of Ukraine, the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Saturday.
"The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24 to March 5 tentatively amounted to: personnel - more than 10,000 people, tanks – 269 units, AFVs - 945 units, artillery systems -105 units, MLRS -50 units, air defense systems - 19 units, aircraft - 39 units (tbc), helicopters - 40 units (tbc), automotive vehicles - 409 units, light speed boats - 2 units, tanks with anti-tank vehicles – 60 units, operational-tactical level UAVs – 3 pieces," the General Staff said in the message posted on Facebook.
The data is being updated. Counting is complicated by the high intensity of hostilities.
