Cabinet suspends issuance of permits for period of martial law – resolution
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has suspended the issuance of permits for the period of martial law and ordered it to be resumed within a month after its cancellation.
The relevant government resolution of February 28, No. 165, was published on the government portal.
"Stop the terms for the provision of administrative services by the subjects of their provision and the issuance of permitting documents by licensing authorities for the period of martial law in Ukraine," the Cabinet said in the document.
