Deputy Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko announced the creation of a Humanitarian Headquarters in Ukraine to coordinate humanitarian aid received from foreign partners and concerned citizens of the world.
"A clear list of the most needed humanitarian aid has been formed. Logistics centers have been created in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Italy, Portugal, Sweden and on Ukrainian territory. The government of Ukraine has simplified the import of humanitarian aid into the country, created green corridors to increase the volume of humanitarian aid," Tymoshenko wrote on Telegram on Wednesday.
According to him, in just one day, on March 2, some 1,764 tonnes of humanitarian cargo from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania were imported into Ukraine.
"Thanks to the neighboring countries for their support and help! Together we will win!" Tymoshenko wrote.
