Russian aircraft have attacked two schools in Chernihiv and private homes, preliminarily, nine people are dead and four injured, according to the head of the regional military administration, Viacheslav Chaus.
"Russian aircraft also attacked two schools in the Stara Podusivka area and private homes. Rescuers are working. According to the State Emergency Service, preliminarily nine dead and four injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
