Initiative to grant EU candidate status to Ukraine supported by 10 countries – Dpty FM of Poland
The initiative to grant Ukraine the status of an EU candidate country is supported by 10 countries, Deputy Foreign Minister of Poland Marcin Przydacz said, according to RMF24.
"Ukraine can become an EU candidate tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, next week. This is a matter of political decision on the part of the EU. This initiative is supported by 10 countries. At this stage, I have no information that Berlin and Paris will agree to this status at this stage, but we will convince them," Przydacz said in an interview with RMF24.
