Moody's downgrades Russia ratings to B3 from Baa3, further downgrade possible
Moody's Investors Service has downgraded Russia's long-term foreign and domestic currency issuer ratings to B3 from Baa3.
The ratings remain on review for a possible further downgrade, the rating agency said in a press release.
