Podoliak: Doubtful that real negotiations can be held without Ukrainian side at negotiating table
Advisor to the Head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podoliak urges to wait for a real start of dialogue between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations.
"It is doubtful that without the presence at the negotiating table of the second (Ukrainian) side, real negotiations can be held. Therefore... just wait for the real start of the dialogue," Podoliak wrote on Twitter.
Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky, who heads the Russian delegation, told reporters in Brest region that the place for the talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations was chosen by the countries jointly, and the negotiations themselves would be held on Thursday.
