Allianz to provide EUR 12.5 mln of humanitarian assistance to Ukraine
Allianz SE announced that it would make available EUR 10 million to support humanitarian efforts in light of the invasion of Ukraine along with up to EUR 2.5 million to match employee donations, according to Xprimm.
The first EUR 1 million will be immediately donated to the German Red Cross to provide humanitarian assistance to those displaced by the conflict and those who are in need in Ukraine.
Allianz will also match employee donations with up to EUR 2.5 million. Further details on this program will be announced in due course.
