Ukrzaliznytsia cannot fully ensure transportation of goods due to Russia's military aggression
JSC Ukrzaliznytsia informed businesses about the impossibility to fully fulfill its obligations under the agreement on the provision of services for the organization of transportation of goods by rail due to force majeure circumstances - the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
