Russia-occupation troops have shelled the city council building in Kharkiv, said Roman Semenukha, deputy head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration.

"Just now, Kharkiv, a direct hit by a cruise missile on the building of the City Council," Semenukha wrote on Facebook, illustrating the message with a corresponding picture.
