Kherson cordoned off by enemy – Regional State Administration

Kherson is completely cordoned off by the Russian military, there were explosions, shots at night, the SBU building was on fire, the city is working on information and humanitarian issues, Kherson Regional State Administration has reported.

"You all know that the city is completely surrounded by the enemy. At night, many shots and explosions were heard, the building of the SBU was on fire. The invaders also looted many pharmacies and shops," the Regional State Administration said in a message posted on the Telegram channel.

The message says: "Now we are working on information, humanitarian issues, in particular, the restoration of water and electricity in the city."
