Kuleba: Ukraine working with partners on air defense solutions
Ukraine is working with partners on solutions for air defense, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said.
"There are different solutions on how to help Ukraine with air defense, and we are now working on these solutions with our partners. But please don't be intimidated that NATO will be at war with Russia because of Ukraine. If Russia wins here in Ukraine then you, NATO, will be next," Kuleba said at an online briefing on Tuesday.
The minister pointed out that NATO's introduction of a no-fly zone over Ukraine is not only a moral obligation, but also a political expediency for NATO.
"Because they [NATO] understand that if we, God forbid, fall, then they will be next. It is better to help us here in Ukraine than to wait until you actually find yourself in a state of direct conflict between Russia and the North Atlantic Alliance," Kuleba said.
