European Commission President promises new sanctions against Russia

President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen has promised new sanctions against Russia for its aggression against Ukraine.

"And make no mistake: we will freeze other assets as well. Their yachts, fancy cars or luxury prosperities. We will freeze it all together," von der Leyen said at an urgent European Parliament debate on Russia's invasion of Ukraine in Brussels on Tuesday.
