Borrell: shelling against Kharkiv's civilian infrastructure violates laws of war
High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell says that the shelling of Kharkiv's civilian infrastructure violates the laws of war.
He said that on his Twitter page.
Borrell said that he spoke with Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. "The shelling against civilian infrastructure yesterday in Kharkiv violates the laws of war. The EU stands unwaveringly at the side of Ukraine in these dramatic moment," the High Representative said.
