Zelensky introduces visa-free system for foreigners

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed an executive order introducing a temporary visa-free system for foreigners, except for citizens of a country recognized as an aggressor state, wishing to join the International Legion for Territorial Defense of Ukraine starting on March 1, 2022.

The order dated February 28, 2022, was published on the presidential website.

The order will be in effect "during the period of martial law."
