Talks between Ukrainian, Russian delegations start within hour, ninety minutes

Members of the Ukrainian delegation are flying to Belarus for talks with their Russian counterparts on a Polish helicopter, and the talks themselves will begin at about 12:00 local time, member of parliament (Servant of the People faction) Yevhenia Kravchuk has said.

Kravchuk told Ukrainian TV channels that the Ukrainian delegation is flying on a Polish helicopter and that negotiations would begin within an hour and a half.

Kravchuk later told Interfax-Ukraine that as of 9:56 a.m.the Ukrainian delegation was approaching the location where the talks will be held.
