Russian sabotage groups are distributing mined valuables and gadgets in the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government in Sumy region, Sumy regional military-civil administration reports.

"Sabotage groups are engaged in the distribution of valuable items, mined technical gadgets in the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government! Do not touch and urgently report such facts!" the message says.
