Zelensky: We will not lay down any weapons, we will defend Ukraine!

KYIV. Feb 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has denied fake news that he is allegedly calling on the Ukrainian army to lay down their arms.

"A lot of fake information has appeared on the network, saying that I call for laying down weapons for our army and de-evacuation. So that's it! I'm here. We will not lay down any weapons, we will defend our state, because our weapons are our truth. Our truth is in that this is our land, our country, our children, and we will defend it all!" Zelensky said in a Telegram on Saturday.
