Kuleba, Japanese FM discuss strengthening of Ukraine's defense capability

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba thanked his Japanese counterpart Yoshimasa Hayashi for imposing new sanctions against Russia and providing financial support to Ukraine.

"Call with Japanese FM Yoshimasa Hayashi. Grateful to Japan for imposing new sanctions on Russia and providing Ukraine with financial support. Banning Russia from SWIFT is urgent - and it will also serve interests of Japan. We also discussed ways to strengthen Ukraine's defenses," Kuleba said on Twitter on Friday.
