Tkachenko says he files letter of resignation from post of Culture Minister
Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachenko said that he wrote a letter of resignation from the post of minister.
"Today I wrote a letter of resignation," Tkachenko said on Facebook on Thursday.
