The Verkhovna Rada has started consideration at second reading of bill No.5599 on de-oligarchization.
As a correspondent of Interfax-Ukraine said, the MPs decided to consider the bill according to a special procedure, namely without the right of the MPS to put all their amendments to the bill. Only fundamental amendments to the articles of the bill, which were approved by the relevant committee, are put to the vote.
