Police detain man who threatened to detonate grenade in govt building
Law enforcement officers have detained a man who entered the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and threatened to detonate a grenade.
This was announced by Head of the National Police of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko at a briefing at the government building.
